Privacy
Privacy, in plain words
The free check runs in your browser. Nothing is sent until you choose to save a report. If you save, the record lives in your account and you can delete it.
Where it is kept and who can see it
Pages are served by Cloudflare. Saved work and accounts are stored in Supabase in Sydney (AWS ap-southeast-2), encrypted at rest and in transit. Payments are handled by Stripe. Sign-in and receipt mail go through SendGrid. Those four are the only processors. Saved work is kept until the user deletes it or closes the account. Support opens a saved record only on the user's request.
What is collected
- The free check: the pasted text stays in the browser tab. No request is made with it.
- A saved report: the manifest name, the pasted text, the findings and the verdict, tied to the account email.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive the email, the plan and the payment status, never the card number.
- Usage: page and event counts without the manifest text, to see whether the product works.
What is never done
We do not sell data, we do not use a pasted manifest to train a model, and we do not contact anyone named in a manifest. The checker reads the file and reports; it never acts on what it reads.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps a signed-in reviewer signed in for 90 days. A first-party anonymous identifier lets a checkout return the buyer to the page they left. No advertising cookie is set.
Your choices
Ask for a copy or deletion at support@theartofservice.com from the address you paid with. Deleting a report removes it from the account; the deletion is recorded without the content.
