MCPMCP Supply Chain CheckerServers and skills, checked before the agent runs

Terms

Terms of use

The checker reads a manifest and reports. It does not run, block or monitor an agent, does not certify anything and does not give legal advice.

1. What you are buying

A reading of the manifest you paste against a dated rule set, and, on a paid plan, a saved record and the export formats. The free check is complete without an account. A report covers one manifest; the watch covers up to 50 saved manifests for the account.

2. Accuracy

The rules and the requirement text are our statement of the published sources, written in our own words and cited so you can check them against the official text. They are not the official text. A clean report means no rule fired on the manifest you pasted; it is not a guarantee that a server, a skill or an agent is safe, compliant or free of vulnerabilities. Check the manifest and the official rule before you rely on a result.

3. What the product does not do

It does not execute, install or contact anything in a manifest. It does not inspect package source code, network traffic or runtime behaviour. It does not enforce a policy or block a server. It does not provide legal, security or compliance advice. Decisions about approval remain yours.

4. Trademarks and copyright

NIST, the EU Cyber Resilience Act, Cyber Essentials, the ASD Strategies and the names of any harness or vendor are the property of their respective owners. This product is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by NIST, the European Commission, the NCSC, the Australian Signals Directorate, Snyk or any harness vendor. The rules, the copy, the design and the code of this product belong to The Art of Service Pty Ltd.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, the product is provided as is, and the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where a consumer guarantee applies and the failure cannot be remedied, the buyer may choose a refund or a replacement; where it can be remedied, the publisher may choose to resupply or refund.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.
